Setting up Staff on the Mobile Device

Once you have added your Staff members on the Web Console they will need them to set up a PIN and add their signature so that they can complete forms on the Mobile Device.


Setup

  1.  Navigate to Staff on the main menu of the tablet. You will see an orange dot on the staff members where no PIN is created.
  2. Select their name from the list. For security reasons to access their record you will be prompted to enter your own 'PIN'. Only a 'manager', 'administrator' or the staff member themselves can access staff records. 
  3. The staff member can then set their own PIN and add their signature. 

  4. Press Save

Note: Now when a staff member 'signs' a form with a PIN their signature will be displayed on the screen for an instance
