Cancelling Your Safe Food Pro Subscription

Need to cancel your Safe Food Pro Plan? You can do this from within your account.


How to cancel 

  1. Login to the Administration Console (Web) 
  2. Click the Account button in the top right corner 
  3. Click Account
  4. Click Cancel Plan 
  5. This will link you to a Form that you will need to complete in order to process your Cancellation
  6. Make sure you complete the questions in the form and SUBMIT 

Some things to consider before cancelling. 

We hate to see you go! But before cancelling your subscription, you may want to export the hard work you've put into Safe Food Pro. Once your subscription has been cancelled, you won't have access to your account unless you renew your subscription.
