Communicating Within a Group

Having a good understanding of how to communicate within your Group is very important for ease of use


Once your Group is all set up and running it is important to understand the different ways that you can communicate within your Group. Safe Food Pro provides several different ways to communicate to create ease of access for you!

Messaging within the Group Set Up 

 The messaging function from the Group Admin Login is similar to messaging within an organisational level.

 How to message:

  1.  Click on the Message icon in the top right hand corner of the screen
  2. This will open up the Message screen
  3. From there you can write a message 
  4. You can attach an Ad Hoc form or Resource to your message
  5. You can either send your message to all the organisation within your group or you can select an organisation from the drop down list


Using Corrective Actions Within a Group Admin Set Up

You can also use the Corrective Actions feature from the Group Admin Login to send/view actions in specific organisations within your Group.

How to use Corrective Actions:

  1. Click on the Organisations Tab on the left hand side of the dashboard
  2. Click on the pencil icon that correlates to the Organisation that you want to send an action to 
  3. From there, click on the Dashboard for that specific Organisation
  4. Scroll down until you see the Corrective Actions Summary 
  5. Open up the Corrective Actions Summary - from there you just follow the steps outlined in sending a Corrective Action From the Admin Console 


Daily/Weekly Reports Within the Group Set Up

There are two ways that you can set up Daily/Weekly Summary Reports from within the Group Admin Login. 

Firstly, you can set yourself up within an individual organisation to receive their Daily/Weekly Summary Report:

  1. Click on the Organisations Tab on the left hand side of the dashboard 
  2. Click on the pencil icon that corresponds to the organisation you want to edit
  3. Stay on the Organisational Detail tab 
  4. Scroll down to the Summary Emails Setting - enter in your email and press enter 
  5. You can then pick if you would like them to be Daily/Weekly
  6. Then press the SAVE button 

Secondly, you can set yourself up to receive the Daily/Weekly summary including all the data of the organisation's within your Group.

  1. Click on the Group Detail tab on the left hand side of the dashboard
  2. Scroll down until you see Summary Emails Setting - enter in your email and press enter  
  3. Select if you would like it to be Daily or Weekly
