Converting Staff to a User
Need to give your Staff the ability to login to the app? Added them as Staff instead of a User accidentally? You can change this from the Staff & Users tab
There can be times where you need to convert your Staff Member to a User whether you:
- Bulk Uploaded your staff but need some to have logins
- Employees have changed roles and now need more access
This is very easy to convert without losing any of their records.
To convert your Staff to Users you will need to:
- Login to the Admin Console
- Go to Staff & Users tab
- Click the pencil icon next to your staff member
- Click the button Add User Login in the top right corner
- Add an email address and password for them to login with
- Select their Role at Tablet or Tablet Manager
- If you need them to have a higher role e.g. Admin or Manager then you'll need to click the pencil icon to open the User again and change the role from there.
Easy as that!
