New COVID-19 Forms

We have added some new forms to help you navigate the new "normal".

Safe Food Pro has created some COVID-19 Specific Forms/Checklists:

  • Covid-19 Staff Training
  • Reopening a food business after Alert Level 3
  • Start of Day - Covid-19 - Extra checks
  • End of Day - Covid 19 - Extra checks 

We have added these forms as "ad hoc" forms.  Feel free to change their schedules or add the questions to some of your existing forms.
