Using User Notifications

Set up User Notifications to get alerted on your key focus points in Safe Food Pro


All Users are able to get notifications to remind you when records are overdue or give an unexpected result. 

To set these up: 

  1. Login to the Administration Console on your Web Browser 
  2. Go to Staff & Users
  3. Either add a new user or edit an existing user by clicking the pencil icon
  4. Scroll down to User Notifications 
  5. Select the notifications you want to receive. You can choose whether you want to be notified by email or by a push notification
  6. SAVE

Email Notifications: 

The email address your User is set up with will be the email address these notifications are sent to. 

Push Notifications: 

If you select push notifications you will need to download the Safe Food Pro app and login. Once you've logged into the app you will be able to receive push notifications. Ensure you allow Push Notifications to be sent when you download your app. You can check this is turned on on your devices notification settings. 

Note: You will only receive notifications on the last device you logged in on. eg. if you are logged into the tablet but then log in to your phone you will get the notifications on your phone not the tablet.
