Emailing Completed Forms

If there is a form of high importance or you want to check that a particular form is being completed, you can set it up so it is emailed straight to you when completed. 

To distribute forms directly to an email address you can: 

  1. Login to the Administration Console 
  2. Click 'Forms'
  3. Edit the form you would like emailed to you by clicking the 'Pencil' 

  4. Enter you email where it says 'Email Recipients', then hit enter

  5. Click 'SAVE'

  6. You will then be emailed a PDF, as soon as the form is completed!
