Emailing Completed Forms & Reports

If there is a form of high importance or you want to check that a particular form is being completed, you can set it up so it is emailed straight to you when completed.

Automatically email completed forms 

Want to see the training forms your staff complete? Keep an eye on any troubleshooting forms that may have been completed? You can set up your forms so they are emailed to you as soon as they are completed. To do this: 

  1. Login to the Administration Console.
  2. Click Forms
  3. Click the pencil icon next to the form you would like to be emailed to you

  4. Enter your email where it says email recipients, then hit enter.

  5. Click SAVE

  6. You will then be emailed a PDF, as soon as the form is completed! 

Manually email forms from the App 

You can email both draft and completed forms straight from the app. 

To do this: 

  1. Login to the App
  2. Start completing a Form
  3. Click the Mail Icon in the top right corner
  4. Type in the email recipients address and hit enter
  5. SEND

If you select the mail icon before you have signed off the form then the form will be sent without initials within the form, so you won't know who's signed it off. If you need the form to be sent with initials you can do this from the Saved Forms page: 

  1. Click the menu icon (three lines) in the top left corner
  2. Go to Saved Forms
  3. Find the form you have complete
  4. Change the date range to suit you, by default it's set to last 7 days. You can change this to up to last 30 days
  5. Click on the form then go to the mail icon
  6. Type in the email recipients address and hit enter
  7. SEND

Manually email Completed Forms from the Administration Console

You can also email and print forms straight from the Reports page in the Administration Console (Web). You'll need to: 

  1. Go to Reports 
  2. Generate the Report you need, whether it's a Summary Report, Form Report or Completed Form 
  3. Click the email icon
