Using Ad Hoc Forms

Food deliveries, staff sickness, customer complaints, incidents and some maintenance does not happen at scheduled times. You can use 'ad hoc' forms in Safe Food Pro to capture this information.


Using Ad Hoc Forms

Ad hoc forms are listed by category.

  1. To see a list of ad hoc forms click on the Green 'Plus' button at the bottom of the Diary view.

  3. Scroll down until you find the form you need or you can sort by category.
  4. To sort by category click on 'All' at the top-right side of the page. Choose the required category and click OK and only the forms in that category will be displayed. For example below I have filtered the list to see just "Training" forms.

  6. Click the name of an ad hoc form to open it and then you can capture your information.

Favourite Ad Hoc Forms

You may find that there are a lot of forms to choose from when you scroll through your Ad Hoc forms. If you find yourself using some Ad Hoc forms more frequently than others then you can list them as a 'Favourite'. 

  1. Simply click the 'Star' Icon next to your favourite Ad Hoc Forms 

  2. They will appear at the top under 'Favourite' 
  3. Easy as that!
