My Form I Have Created Won't Save
Sometimes when you have created a form or edited one the Save button is still showing "greyed out" and so you can't Save your form.
When this happens these are two main things to check for:
- Meta-tag selected.
- Sometimes the question boxes close up and you cannot see whether the question has text in it. If there is no text in grey area of the collapsed box, click on the expand icon on the right hand side of the box - it looks like a V. Then add text to the question or delete it if it is unwanted.
